Product return or exchange terms
It is possible to cancel the order of gift wrapping paper or paper bags (hereinafter the Product) within a few hours after the purchase, send information to e-mail veiters@veiters.lv
Gift wrapping paper can be returned within 14 days or exchanged for another equivalent if all of the following conditions are met:
1) if its original packaging has been preserved
2) if the product has not been used, damaged and has no other visual and content changes since it was sent to you
We do not accept or change paper bags back unless you have been sent bags of inappropriate quality or other designs and sizes.
The costs of returning or exchanging the goods shall be borne by the buyer, unless the goods were delivered to the buyer from the company by a product of substandard quality or not in accordance with the depth, size or quantity ordered.
Return or exchange must be requested no later than 14 days after payment of the order by writing to e-mail veiters@veiters.lv, attaching a completed PRODUCT RETURN / REPLACEMENT form, which can be downloaded here:

Ordering
All orders of Products must be for personal use only. By purchasing ECO PACK’s products, you hereby agree not to resell, distribute, or use such Products for any commercial purposes. All orders are subject to cancellation based on Product availability, noncompliance with this Agreement or any other reason as determined in our sole discretion. If we have reason to believe that your order is not for personal use, we reserve the right to cancel the order. We also reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to take steps to verify your identity to process your order. We will refund any orders that we cancel or do not process.
When checking out, choose your country, you will see the final cost which already included shipping cost. If you see “Sorry, we don’t ship to your area” that means we don’t ship to chosen area. Note, we are unable to ship to international PO Boxes. The order total is guaranteed and includes shipping. Order will be processed by our third party global landed or air cost logistics provider.
ECO PACK uses a third party global landed cost e-commerce logistics provider to process + ship international orders. They are responsible for the financial transaction + physical shipping of the goods; ECO PACK’s team handles all customer support.
Trademarks
All trademarks, service marks, and trade names (collectively the “Marks”) that appear on this Site are proprietary to ECO PACK, or the other respective owners of such Marks. You may not display or reproduce the Marks in any manner without the prior written consent of ECO PACK, and you may not remove or otherwise modify in any manner any trademark notices from any content offered or received through the Site.

Pricing Policy
At ECO PACK, we are committed to providing our customers with great quality products. Our products are sold online only at limited quantities and availabilities. We have done our best to display our items as accurately as possible on the Site. Please be aware, variations in style, color, size, shape and look may occur. If you are not satisfied your purchase, please review our Returns and Exchanges section for further assistance.
Site Use
You cannot access or use the ECO PACK website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Harassment in any manner or form of the Site, including via e-mail and chat or by obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Exchange Rates
Our account is in Euro, if you use a payment card of another currency, commission might be taken by payment system in accordance to internal exchange rate of the system.
Duties & Taxes
International taxes, tariffs and value-added tax are determined by the purchased merchandise’s country of origin (or the country it was manufactured) and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system used by the country. They are displayed in the order total at checkout.
Depending from what country the order will be delivered could be 2 cases:
Case 1: Customer pay taxes when receiving by himself, when order has delivered to destination country.
Case 2: Our logistics provider guarantees you will not have to pay additional fees (duties or taxes) at the time your order is delivered. By placing your order, you agree to the DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) Import Terms and Conditions.
DDP Import Terms and Conditions
By purchasing goods on https://ekoiepakojums.lv/ru/ I authorize ECO PACK to import the product on my behalf. I authorize ECO PACK may delegate the obligation to import the goods on my behalf to a subcontractor such as a customs broker. I agree to pay the taxes & duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods.

Shipping
Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days from the order date if the item is in stock. Standard delivery takes 3-5 days in Latvia. Shipments around the world depend on the chosen option of delivery by the Customer during registration of the order. If the product card states “Pre-order”, the shipment will be made according to the production period, which is approximately indicated in the product card. Please note that the delivery terms are approximate.
User Submissions
ECO PACK strives to create an interactive relationship with the members of its Site and services. User comments, feedback, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to ECO PACK on or by this Site shall be and remain ECO PACK property.
